Is this a rare skin and whats it worth?

Gaurdian of the Hunt is fairly rare I believe, but because that Shield has an imperfect mod and no inherent I don't it's worth all that much, except possibly for someone who wants it for aesthetic purposes (screenshot and video makers perhaps).

kk, well ive sold a Magmas shield with same mods and requirey for 100K and a Armbrace thing from DoA

Magma shields are very rare though...

GotH's are not half as rare, a perfect, inscribable req9 strength GotH can be bought for 50k. Your's is not perfect, it's req tatics, and it's not inscribable. So yeah, you won't get much for it.
